Hello, and welcome to Dawson House Hotel. We are a family business, where right here, our Grandparents welcomed their first guest in the mid 1970's. With Grandfather still around, it is a pleasure for us to be opening the doors once again... a little over 40 years later ! Dawson House has undergone a somewhat necessary and extensive refurbishment whilst retaining plenty of its period charm.

Please note, we no longer serve breakfast, any reservations made are on a room only basis.

Getting Here & Around Town

Located in this leafy conservation area of West Hampstead, Dawson House is just moments away from lots of fun and interesting places to visit here in our great City.

Finchley Road Station (Jubilee & Metropolitan Lines) - 8 minute walk, linking you to London's West End & Wembley Stadium. Finchley Road is also a main street itself, with plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops/supermarkets etc

West Hampstead Stations (Thameslink, Jubilee & London Overground Lines) - 8 minute walk. Services to Luton Airport, Gatwick Airport and the City of London. These local stations are located in West End Lane, which is slightly more quaint with some lovely independent eateries and local pubs

Lords Cricket Ground - 30 minute walk/10 minute bus ride

Abbey Road Studios - 20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride. Take the 'Beatles Walk' across London's most famous Zebra Crossing

Regents Park and Primrose Hill - 25 minute walk. Enjoy relaxing in these Royal Parks, the iconic Primrose Hill in particular, having one of the best views over London

London Westfield Shopping Mall (White City) - 16 minutes via West Hampstead Overground
